About the product

 The tunnel structure has a steel tubular, modular. Unlike under glass structures with ARC-walls, these polythene tunnels allow the optimum utilization of the inner area, greater height and expanse. The length of the polyethylene tunnel of the practice is unlimited and depends on the client's needs. The items in the tunnel structure are hot wire, as used for this process is modern and provides zinc-coated of 275 g/m², which guarantee the absence of corrosion and covers the European quality standards UNE 36130 and EN 142-79.
Polyethylene tunnel is provided for the following forces:
• wind-120 km/h
• load of plants-25 kg/m²
• load of snow-20 kg/m²




The outer Arch of the polyethylene tunnel is with dimensions width-9.4 m and height-5 m. There are straight on the wall with a 1.6 m Arch is formed of 3 semi arc 60 mm x 1.5 mm. Provided for transverse beam with upper beam 40h1, 5 mm. The height and is 3.80 m, which allows free use of agricultural equipment. At lower requirements to rotate the structure, it may be replaced by wire 4 mm. The leading, front and rear walls of the polyethylene tunnel, are fortified with additional tubular structure. Individual arches are placed over two miters in length and is attached to each other with 5 Rod-2 over vented, one of the crest and in two in the middle of the arch.

Between the first and the last couples arches are in 6 anti-wind covers, as seen in the pictures.



Both ends of the arches is ankering to the ground with concrete as shown in the Diagram 3.With one cubic concrete may be filled about 15 steps.
Provided for are two service doors, in both ends of the tunnel, which can be fulfilled by/diner for access control and better security. May be covered and with networks against insects.


Polyethylene tunnel is equipped with two longitudinal vent, located along the sidewall and front vents of the leading walls. Serve is manually, such as polyethylene film is wrapped around the tube. Can be equipped with nets against insects.
